FLOUR OF SUNFLOWER MEAL – the unique product of deep processing of sunflower in the domestic market of components for functional food. It is a low-calorie dietary product with a high content of dietary fiber - up to 38%. It is intended for the production of dietary and functional food products, as a filler for spices. Hypoallergenic product is made from ecologically pure crude materials - sunflower seeds grown in Altai.

- It changes the rate of absorption of glucose, preventing its sudden release into the blood. Due to this, the blood sugar level is stabilized, and the pancreas does not work hard, which leads to diabetes;
- Fiber adsorbs to itself fat, thus preventing its absorption into the blood, resulting in a lower level of cholesterol;
